Security Overview
Encryption at Rest
All transcripts and data are encrypted using AES-256 encryption when stored.
Encryption in Transit
All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.
Secure Infrastructure
Hosted on Microsoft Azure with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified data centers.
Access Controls
Role-based access controls ensure only authorized users can view data.
Data Storage & Retention
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centers. Primary data centers are located in the region you select during signup, with backups in geographically separate locations.
How long is data retained?
Transcripts are retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete a transcript, it's permanently removed within 30 days. Account deletion removes all data within 90 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Account → Export Data. This includes all transcripts, settings, and account information.
Privacy Practices
No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, share, or use your transcript content for advertising purposes.
No AI Training on Your Data
Your transcripts are NOT used to train our AI models or any third-party AI systems.
Minimal Data Collection
We only collect data necessary to provide the service. No unnecessary tracking or profiling.
GDPR Compliant
Full compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

Note: All third-party services are configured to NOT retain your data beyond immediate processing. Azure AI services are configured with data privacy protections.
