OneMeet Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneMeet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OneMeet provides:

• •Real-time transcription of audio and video meetings
• •Translation of transcripts into multiple languages
• •Calendar integration with popular calendar services
• •Meeting bot that joins video conferences to record and transcribe
• •Speaker diarization to identify different speakers
• •Export capabilities in various formats (TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT)

3. Account Terms

Registration

• •You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• •You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Types

One Account Per Person: You may not maintain multiple free accounts. Organizations should use team/enterprise accounts for multiple users.

4. Billing & Credits

Credit System

OneMeet uses a credit-based system for usage. Credits are consumed for various actions including transcription, translation, and other features. Current credit rates are displayed in your account dashboard and on our pricing page. Credit rates may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be reflected in your dashboard.

Subscriptions

• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• •Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
• •No refunds for partial months
• •Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

Payment Terms

• •All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• •Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider
• •Failed payments may result in service suspension
• •We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We will charge sales tax where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Obtain proper consent before recording any meeting
• •Respect the privacy and rights of meeting participants
• •Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You Agree NOT To:

• ✗Record meetings without proper consent from all parties
• ✗Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• ✗Attempt to circumvent any security features
• ✗Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• ✗Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• ✗Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• ✗Use automated means to access the Service without authorization
• ✗Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

• •You retain all rights to your content (recordings, transcripts)
• •You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
• •You are responsible for the legality of content you upload
• •We do not claim ownership of your content

Our Content

• •The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is our property
• •You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• •OneMeet, our logo, and brand elements are our trademarks

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Accuracy

• •Transcripts and translations are generated by AI and may contain errors
• •Accuracy depends on audio quality, accents, background noise, and other factors
• •You should review transcripts before relying on them for important purposes
• •We do not guarantee 100% accuracy

Continuous Improvement: We continuously work to improve accuracy, but errors are inherent to AI technology.

8. Third-Party Services

Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms for:

• •Calendar services for scheduling and meeting sync
• •Video conferencing platforms for meeting access and recording
• •Payment processors for secure payment handling

Your use of integrated services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service Availability

Uptime

• •We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• •Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• •We are not liable for downtime beyond our control

Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• •Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• •Update the Service to improve performance or security

10. Termination

By You

• •You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• •30-day recovery period: You can recover your account within 30 days of deletion
• •After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
• •You can request immediate permanent deletion by contacting support

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• •Violate these Terms
• •Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• •Fail to pay applicable fees
• •Abuse the Service or its users

Effect of Termination

• •Access to the Service will be revoked
• •We may delete your data after a grace period
• •Sections on liability and disputes survive termination

11. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• •We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@onemeet.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
